What is your cancellation policy?
This information is in the terms and conditions that you sign. Ultimately we do not offer refunds unless it is a career ending injury. However, we take each cancellation on a case by case scenario if an injury is involved.
How do I order my player's jersey size?
Please submit your player's jersey size in the above registration. An admin will reach out to confirm before we put their name on the back. After February 15th, you will NOT be able to have a nameplate on your jersey. If you have any questions just let us know. How can I find the ice/workout time slots?
These will be released in April to your player's Gems account. Our admin staff will be sending out an email once the times have all been added to a player's account.
Program Changes from 2020:
Please note that the 2021 memberships will only run during the Summer (June - August). We will have the opportunity for clinics in the month of September if interested in additional training. If you have any questions please let us know.
Will there be an orientation meeting?
Yes! We will have a parent and player orientation session in May. We will go over all the little details at this meeting along with meeting our staff.
How do I find out what tier my player is in?
This information will be released when the ice schedule is released in late April/early May. Any questions on what tier your player is placed in should be directed to the coaching staff.
